The UCC23711 is a galvanic isolated single channel gate driver designed for
SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs up to 1500VDC operatng voltage with advanced
protection features, best-in-class dynamic performance, and robustness. UCC23711 has up to ±5A peak source and sink
current.
The input
side is isolated from the output side with SiO2 isolation technology,
supporting up to 1.5kVPK working voltage, 10kVPK surge
immunity, as well as providing low part-to-part skew and >300V/ns common-mode
transient immunity.
The UCC23711 includes the state-of-art protection features, such as
overcurrent protection with DESAT protection with soft turn-off (STO), active Miller
clamp, fault diagnosticsand input and output side power supply UVLO to optimize SiC
and IGBT switching behavior and robustness.
