The REF53-Q1 is a family of low-power, low-noise and low-drift series voltage reference devices. The REF53-Q1 family offers low temperature drift coefficient (4ppm/°C) for a temperate range from –40°C to +125°C, low-noise (2ppmp-p) and high-accuracy (±0.04%) while consuming 150µA maximum current. The REF53-Q1 with excellent load and line regulation helps to meet strict performance requirements of high precision applications. The device family is designed as a companion device for high-resolution data converters and AFEs. The device is pin compatible performance upgrade to TI’s REF34, REF34-Q1 device families.

The REF53-Q1 family supports wide supply voltage rating of 18V. This also protects the device in case of power supply IC failure. The REF53-Q1 device supports up to 30mA load current. The wide load current support allows for direct connection of REF53-Q1 as power supply to precision sensors. The REF53-Q1 is specified for a temperate range from –40°C to +125°C. The wide temperature range enables operation across various industrial and automotive applications.
