8.3.6.1.2 Motor Resistance Inverse Scale

Denoted by INV_R_SCALE, this is the scaling factor for the inverse of motor resistance (INV_R). Since the inverse of a motor resistance is generally not an integer, the value must be rounded off to the nearest integer. Settings are described in Section 8.3.6.1.2.
