TPS22995EVM — TPS22995 evaluation module for 5-V 20-mΩ 4-A load switch with adjustable rise time

The TPS22995 evaluation module (EVM) is an assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22995RZF and TPS22995RZG load switches. The TPS22995EVM allows the user to apply different input voltages (0.4 V to 5.5 V) under different loading conditions (0 A to 3.5 A) to the TPS22995 devices.
