AC-Coupled Receiver and Transmitter

The differential receiver for each DS280BR810 channel contains an integrated on die 100 Ω differential termination as well as 220 nF AC coupling capacitors embedded onto the package substrate. The differential transmitter for each DS280BR810 channel also has 220 nF ±20% AC coupling capacitors embedded on the package substrate.
