6.3.1 Ultralow Leakage Current

The TMUX6136 provides extremely low on- and off-leakage currents. The TMUX6136 is capable of switching signals from high source-impedance inputs into a high input-impedance op amp with minimal offset error because of the ultralow leakage currents. Figure 6-13 shows typical leakage currents of the TMUX6136 versus temperature.
