CP1 Write Value Decode: 0x18230c10

The USB PHY register fields are defined in the internal TI SoC Technical Reference Manual. The validated value for CP1 pattern output is:

Write value: 0x18230c10

Binary: 0001_1000_0010_0011_0000_1100_0001_0000

Effect: Configures SERDES analog TX to output the CP1 pattern

(alternating 1010 bits => 2.5GHz fundamental frequency at 5Gbps)

Key field (per TRM):

Bit 24:21 = 1 => Force compliance pattern (CP1)

= 0 => Force compliance pattern (CP0) - default

NOTE: CP1 does NOT enable SSC (Spread Spectrum Clocking). SSC is a separate TX reference clock modulation feature. This register write selects CP1 as the analog TX output; however, does not enable or disable SSC.
