7.4.1 Serial Audio Port Operating Modes

The serial audio port in the TAS3251 device supports industry-standard audio data formats, including I2S, Time Division Multiplexing (TDM), Left-Justified (LJ), and Right-Justified (RJ) formats. To select the data format that will be used with the device, controls are provided on P0-R40. The timing diagrams for the serial audio port are shown in the Section 6.10 section, and the data formats are shown in the Section 7.3.4.4 section.
