6.3.4.4 Over Temperature Warning

If the die temperature exceeds the trip point of the overtemperature warning (TOTW), the OTW bit is set in the configuration register 2. The device performs no additional action and continues to function.

When the die temperature falls below the hysteresis point (THYS_OTW) of the overtemperature warning, the OTW bit clears automatically.
