8.3.3 Overcurrent Protection

The TPS1HC03-Q1 provides thermal shutdown and current limiting protection during overcurrent events to protect the internal power MOSFET. These protection functions are enabled when the device is in the active state. The current limit fault gets asserted at about 80% (ICL_FLT_Trip) of set current limit value.
