Overview

The F280049C MCU is a very versatile device in a small package. To balance compatibility with BoosterPack standards as well as showcasing the versatility of the F280049C, some complexity was added to the design. Most features aligning with the BoosterPack standard are available by default. The additional functions are selected using a switches, or static resistors which can be added or removed. This section covers the alternate functions and how to enable them. Note that by enabling certain alternate features, standard BoosterPack functionality may be lost. The switches are configured such that it is not possible to connect multiple functions to the same header.

Table 4 is a master list of all of the possible functions controlled by the alternate routing switches:

  1. Cells marked with 'x' indicate that the state of that switch has no impact on the function of that particular signal.
  2. GPIO33 is also connected to the FSIRXCLK pin on J11 through a 0 Ω resistor R46. If CAN functionality is required, ensure that R46 is populated.
