LNA Ib Offset

It is possible to improve sensitivity by up to 0.5 dB by increase the current in the LNA and thereby the total current consumption.

The LNA current can be set through the following override:

// Set LNA IB offset to 0xL
(uint32_t)0x000L8883,

where the maximum value for L is 0xF.

The RSSI offset may change when changing the LNA gain.
