The INA510-Q1 is a wide-bandwidth difference amplifier that offers four gain options for simultaneous level translation and differential-to-single-ended conversion applications. The device can level-translate the differential output signal from an ASIC and match the differential output signal to the full-scale input range of a single-ended ADC while satisfying the settling time requirements.

The device boasts a 18MHz closed-loop bandwidth across all gain options for faster settling performance within the ADC sampling window. The INAx510 achieves a typical CMRR of 92dB and a maximum gain error of ±0.05% referred to the output in the G = 1 configuration.

The INAx510 enables excellent performance while saving BOM costs and board space by removing the need for precise, low-drift external resistors. The device provides excellent temperature drift performance, made possible by precision-matched integrated resistors, and achieves a maximum gain drift of 2.5ppm/°C and a maximum referred offset drift of 5µV/°C.

The wide-bandwidth and precision performance make the INAx510 an excellent choice for replacing discrete difference amplifier implementations built with commodity amplifiers and resistors. The device is offered in single-channel and dual-channel versions, in the 5-pin SOT-23 and 16-pin SOT-23 packages, respectively.
