The device is characterized across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making the PMIC an excellent choice for various automotive applications. The device has four step-down DC/DC (BUCK) converters , of which two can be used in a dual-phase configuration. Furthermore, the device has three low drop-out (LDO) regulators, which can also be used as load-switches.
