Power management

Overview for voltage references

Our broad portfolio of series, shunt and current voltage references features low temperature coefficient, precise initial accuracy, low noise and excellent long-term stability performance for a wide variety of applications, such as data conversion and signal conditioning. Voltage references are also commonly used as voltage monitors, current limiters and programmable current sources.

Series voltage references

Additional feature capabilities such as low-IQ shutdown enable pin, noise-reduction/TRIM pin, and dual-output to achieve lower power consumption and higher precision

Shunt voltage references

Fixed and adjustable references of various accuracy and voltage levels for systems requiring wide VIN and negative or floating references

Current references

Floating dual and adjustable current source solutions for system protection and sensing

Browse by key voltage reference features

High precision

Low-drift, high-accuracy reference voltage ICs that are stable across variable conditions such as: temperature, input voltage and output load

Low IQ

Minimize power consumption and extend battery life

Dual output

Reduce error, cost, and solution size with VREF and VREF/2 outputs

Small package

Micro-sized solutions for space-constrained applications

AEC-Q100 qualification

Many of our voltage references are qualified for use in automotive applications. This is indicated by a “-Q1” suffix.
