- 100-fs RMS jitter, Fout ≥ 100 MHz, LMK6P/LMK6D
- 300-fs RMS jitter, Fout ≥ 25 MHz, LMK6C
- ±25-ppm total frequency stability inclusive of
all factors and 10 year aging
- Smallest industry standard package: 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm (DLF)

- Support extended industrial temperature grade:
- LMK6P/LMK6D: –40°C to 85°C
