16.5 System Busy - I2C scenarios

When using I2C protocol, the target component pulls the clock line low when it needs to indicate it is busy processing and cannot accept any more data from host. Be aware that when there are multiple target devices on the same bus, the entire communication on the bus gets halted until the busy slave component releases the bus. To prevent this undesirable effect, the controller supports following options for the host:
