9.3 Power Supply Recommendations

The devices are designed to operate from an input voltage supply range between 1.8V and 5.5V. Well regulate this input supply. If the input supply is located more than a few inches from the TPS61290x converter, additional bulk capacitance is required in addition to the ceramic bypass capacitors. An electrolytic or tantalum capacitor with a value of 47μF is a typical choice.
