Recommended Operating Conditions

over operating free-air temperature range (unless otherwise noted)
MINNOMMAXUNIT
VDDSupply voltage2.93.6V
CVDDCapacitor connected between VDD and VSS (1)10uF
CBPCAPCapacitor connected between BPCAP and VSS (1)(2)470nF
TAAmbient temperature, S version–40125°C
TJMax junction temperature, T version125°C
Connect CVDD and CBPCAP between VDD/VSS and BPCAP/VSS, respectively, as close to the device pins as possible.  A low-ESR capacitor with at least the specified value and tolerance of ±20% or better is required for CVDD and CBPCAP.
The BPCAP pin must only be connected to CBPCAP.  Do not supply any voltage or apply any external load to the BPCAP pin.
