Single LC Filter Operation

For applications which do not require the lowest output voltage ripple, the TPS62968 can be operated without the second LC filter. To operate with a single LC filter, replace FB1 with a 0Ω resistor. The total output capacitance must remain within the recommended range in the TPS6296x 3V to 17V, 4.5A/6A/8A, Low Noise and Low Ripple Buck Converter With Integrated Ferrite Bead Filter data sheett for proper operation.
