Description

The TMF00xxEVM allows users to evaluate the performance of TMF00xx Single-Wire FRAM devices, that is, TMF0008, TMF0020, and TMF0064. The EVM comes in a USB stick form factor for interfacing with the host PC. The microcontroller is preloaded with the firmware required to communicate between the device under test and the host PC. The Single-Wire_MEM_EVM_GUI software (referred to as GUI) is an all-in-one suite capable of managing registers, modifying memory pages, and reporting device status.
