Superframe Solution Reference

When using the DSI interface, MST functionality is not available. If the video streams have different timings, the SoC can insert vertical blanking intervals into the video streams to align the vertical dimensions of two or more streams. After processing by the serializer, the original-resolution video streams are recovered and transmitted to the downstream deserializer. As shown in Figure 3-4, a single image passes through the UB681, where it is split into two separate images sent to two UB688 deserializers, which then drive their respective displays.
