Identification

All devices include a memory-mapped FACTORY region which provides read-only data describing the capabilities of a device as well as any factory-provided trim information for use by application software. Please refer to the Factory Constants chapter of the AM13E230x Microcontrollers Technical Reference Manual for more information.
