NB-IoT Module From Quectel

The BC95-B8 NB-IoT module is a compact NB-IoT Module with ultra-low power consumption which is certified for multiple networks, including the one from Deutsche Telekom. The module has an operating temperature of –40°C to +85°C and the supply voltage range should be between 3.1 and 4.2 V (3.6 V typical).

Deep-sleep mode is 3.6 µA at PSM and the current drawn is 220 mA at + 23-dBm transmit power (when operating in frequency bands B8, B5, and B20).
