The TPS650430X3 is a fixed 3.3V, 1.1MHz switching synchronous step-down converter with a 600mA maximum load current. Features built-in are cycle-by-cycle current limit, hiccup mode short-circuit protection and built-in thermal shutdown in case of excessive power dissipation. The device also comes in a small package (2.90mm × 1.6mm).
