The OPAx371D family
includes single (OPA371D), dual (OPA2371D), and quad (OPA4317D) decompensated
operational amplifiers optimized for high efficiency in ultra-low-voltage
applications. Operating from 1.5V to 5.5V with rail-to-rail input and output swing,
this family of amplifiers deliver an exceptional gain bandwidth of 125kHz with only
650nA of quiescent current. The OPAx371D enables high
gain circuit configurations and longevity in battery powered systems. The
availability of miniature packages also allow this amplifier family to be used
effectively in high density board applications.
The OPAx371D high gain bandwidth eliminates the need for cascaded amplifier stages in signal conditioning and filtering applications such as field transmitters, motion detectors, and personal electronics, simplifying design while reducing both board space and overall system power consumption.
