The TLV370x is Texas Instruments’ first family of nanopower comparators with only 560nA per channel supply current, which make this device ideal for battery power and wireless handset applications.

The TLV370x has a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7V over the extended industrial temperature range (TA = –40°C to 125°C), while having an input common-mode range of –0.1 to VCC + 5V. The low supply current makes it an ideal choice for battery-powered portable applications where quiescent current is the primary concern. Reverse battery protection guards the amplifier from an overcurrent condition due to improper battery installation. For harsh environments, the inputs can be taken 5V above the positive supply rail without damage to the device.

All members are available in PDIP and SOIC with the singles in the small SOT-23 package, duals in the MSOP, and quads in the TSSOP package.

CIRCUIT060079 — 콤퍼레이터 회로를 사용한 과전압 보호

이 과전압 보호 회로는 푸시-풀 출력 단계를 지원하는 고전압 콤퍼레이터를 사용하여 공급 장치를 부하에 연결하는 P채널 MOSFET를 제어합니다. 공급 전압이 VOVER(과전압 임계값)를 초과하면 콤퍼레이터가 고전압이 되며 P채널 MOSFET를 열어 전원 공급 장치에서 부하를 분리합니다. 마찬가지로 공급 전압이 VOVER 미만일 때는 콤퍼레이터의 출력이 낮고 부하를 전원에 연결합니다.
