'C24x Flash Memory
The 'C24x is the first to offer single-cycle access Flash memory on-chip at a price that is viable for digital control systems. Available in 8K-, 16K- and 32K-word configurations, the Flash module enables designers to store program code on-chip. In-system reprogrammability provides a quick, easy way to adapt to changing standards and product upgrades with minimal development costs. The new LF240x devices offer sectored Flash, allowing users to program individual partitions without erasing the entire Flash memory.
