Design flexible spectrometers and analyzers with DLP Technology!

Ultraviolet Light

The Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) at the heart of DLP® technology is a reflective MEMS device. Imagine shining broadband light on a diffraction grating and spreading the wavelength spectrum across the length of the micromirror array. This simple concept can have powerful results as various columns and pixel densities can be digitally controlled to enable multiple wavelength selections in a single system with no mechanical discs or optical filters.

Spectroscopy is being applied to a variety of gas and material analysis equipment across multiple fields. DLP offers flexibility in the design of spectroscopic systems by selective micromirror control to enable dynamic selection of wavelengths.
