6.3.4.7 BST Overvoltage Fault (BST_OV)

If at any time the power supply voltage on one of the BSTx pins exceeds the VBST_OV threshold for longer than the tBST_OV_DG time, the DRV8334 detects a BST overvoltage event. After detecting the overvoltage condition, the gate driver is disabled, charge pump is disabled, and nFAULT pin is driven low. After BST_OV condition is cleared, the fault state remains latched and can be cleared through an SPI command.
