Device Turn On/Off Time

Turn-off time (tOFF) is defined as the time taken by the Sx pin of the TMUX9616x to rise to a 90% final value after the CLK signal has risen to 50% of its final value. Turn-on time (tON) is defined as the time taken by the output of the TMUX9616x to fall to a 10% initial value after the CLK signal has risen) to 50% of its final value. Figure 6-2 shows the setup used to measure tON and tOFF.
