Tuning of Handoff Thresholds

The recommendation is to not set OPN_CL_HANDOFF_THR to a very high value, as the set OL_ILIMIT on occasion is not sufficient to reach the set speed. For MOTOR1, if OPN_CL_HANDOFF_THR is set to 50%, the motor is not able to reach the 50% of maximum speed with the given OL_ILIMIT and Acceleration coefficient OL_ACC_A1. So, the handoff fails in this scenario. In that case, set handoff threshold to a lower value.
