LMX2624-SP need to be configure through pin-mode to generate clock frequency of 21GHz at RFoutA channel and RFoutB channel is disabled (no clock output / SYSREF).

When frequency is known, the loop filter must be designed, through PLLatinum Sim tool. First look at the output frequency and confirm the frequency is operating in integer mode in Pin-mode configuration. Below table shows the pin mode settings for design requirements.
