Thermal Shutdown

The TPS923610/1/2 implements thermal shutdown protection to prevent damages due to excessive heat and power dissipation. The thermal shutdown happens when the device junction temperature reaches TTSD_R. When the thermal shutdown is triggered, the TPS923610/1/2 stops switching until the junction temperature falls below TTSD_F, then the device starts switching again.
