The processor family supports x1 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC0), sampling rate up to 4MSPS, x4 (four) analog inputs (time-multiplexed). For the allowed ADC0 input range and electrical characteristics, see the ADC Electrical Characteristics section of device-specific data sheet.
For the allowed ADC0 input range and electrical characteristics, see the ADC Electrical Characteristics section of device-specific data sheet. ADC0_REFP and ADC0_REFN are directly connected to VDDA_ADC0 and VSS inside the processor.
ADC0 inputs are not fail-safe. The recommendation is to apply the ADC0 inputs only after the ADC0 supply VDDA_ADC ramps. ADC0_REFP and ADC0_REFN are directly connected to VDDA_ADC0 and VSS inside the processor.
Take note of the allowed ADC0 input range while connecting the external inputs.
The recommendation is to refer ADC Electrical Characteristics section of the device-specific for the allowed input range and the recommended reference voltage level.
