Lower Junction Temperatures

Due to better efficiency and lower losses, the junction temperature (Tj) of GaN FETs is generally lower than that of MOSFETs in similar applications. This can significantly extend the lifespan of the components and improve reliability, especially in thermally constrained environments like outdoor equipment.
