7.3.1.1 Signal Quality Indicator

When the DP83TG720R-Q1 is active, the Signal Quality Indicator can be used to determine the quality of link based on SNR readings made by the device.

SQI is derived based on the calculated SNR value and is presented as 8 level indication, where level of 5 provides a BER better than 10-10.
