Summary

This application note highlights all of the major features of the ePWM Type-4 module and how they can be utilized in an application. All of the required calculations were explained along with how to use SysConfig to configure the module and the code generated from SysConfig. The software solution for this implementation can be found within the epwm driverlib examples (epwm_ex_global_load_use_case) in the latest C2000Ware SDK. For more specific guidance on registers or the ePWM module, see the device-specific TRM.
