6.3.2.1 Internal Reference

The ADS931x features an internal reference voltage with a nominal output voltage of 4.096V when AVDD = 5V and 2.5V when AVDD = 3.3V. The internal reference is active on power-up. As shown in Figure 6-2 and Figure 6-3, place a minimum 1µF decoupling capacitor between the REFIO and REFM pins.
