Abstract

This report characterizes the effects of heavy-ion irradiation on the single-event effect (SEE) performance of the TMP9R01-SEP 1-channel temperature sensor. Heavy ions with a LETEFF of 50.5MeV-cm2 /mg was used to irradiate the devices with a fluence of 1 × 107 ions/cm2. The results demonstrate that the TMP9R01-SEP is SEL-free up to LETEFF = 50.5MeV-cm2 /mg at 125°C, and a dynamic SET cross section is presented.
