7.11 Fault Flag Recovery Time

Fault flag recovery time (tRECOVERY(FLAG)) measures the delay between the source voltage falling from overvoltage condition to below fault supply voltage (VFP or VFN) plus 0.5 V and the general fault flag (FF) pin or the specific fault flag (SF) pin to rise above 3 V with 5 V external pull-up. Figure 7-12 shows the setup used to measure tRECOVERY(FLAG).
