6.3.56 SYSCTL11: Boot Process Monitor

In the event of a boot fail during execution of the boot configuration routine (BCR), SYSCTL asserts a BOOTRST to reattempt a successful boot. A boot fail can be caused by any of the following:

  1. Boot configuration data integrity error (this can be used for BOOTROM and flash)
  2. Device trim integrity error (this can be used for flash)
  3. BCR timeout (BCR takes significantly longer than expected to complete for any other reason; this can be used for BOOTROM)
