7.2.2.1 Input Voltage Capacitor

Add a ceramic capacitor, with a value between 1.0μF and 4.7μF, placed close to the VIN pin, to stabilize the bias supply (2.5V rail or 3.3V rail) from any parasitic impedance from the supply.
