2.2 Heatsink

The BOOSTXL-LMG2100-MD motor drive includes holes for heat sink mounting (heat sink not included). The measurement for hole placements are shown in Figure 2-4. The holes have a diameter of 3.175mm. The board was tested using the S05MZZ14 from Alphanovatech.
