Description for the TLV4041
The TLV40x1 devices are low-power, high-accuracy comparators with precision referencesand fast response. The comparators are available in an ultra-small, DSBGA package measuring 0.73 mm× 0.73 mm, making the TLV40x1 applicable for space-critical designs like portable orbattery-powered electronics where low-power and fast response to changes in operating conditions isrequired.
The factory-trimmed references and precision hysteresis combine to make the TLV40x1appropriate for voltage and current monitoring in harsh, noisy environments where slow moving inputsignals must be converted into clean digital outputs. Similarly, brief glitches on the input arerejected ensuring stable output operation without false triggering.
The TLV40x1 are available in multiple configurations allowing system designers to achievetheir desired output response. For example, the TLV4021 and TLV4041 offer a non-inverting input,while the TLV4031 and TLV4051 have an inverting input. Furthermore, the TLV4021 and TLV4031 featurean open-drain output stage, while the TLV4041 and TLV4051 feature a push-pull output stage. Lastly,each comparator in the TLV40x1 family is available with a 0.2V, 0.5V, or 1.2V precisionreference.
