Overview

The SMALL-AMP-DIP-EVM speeds up small-package operational-amplifier prototyping by providing a fast and easy way to interface with many industry-standard small-size packages. SMALL-AMP-DIP-EVM supports eight small package options including DPW-5 (X2SON), DSG-8 (WSON), DCN-8 (SOT), DDF-8 (SOT), RUG-10 (X2QFN), RUC-14 (X2QFN), RGY-14 (VQFN) and RTE-16 (WQFN).

Get started

  1. Order SMALL-AMP-DIP-EVM
  2. Read the SMALL-AMP-DIP-EVM user's guide
  3. Find and order the right single, dual, or quad op amp using TI’s online search tool
  4. Simulate using PSpice for TI while EVM and device are in transit
  5. Select and locate the desired device package on the PCB
  6. Gently flex the PCB at the score lines to break apart the selected package PCB
  7. Populate the PCB with the desired device and header pins
