6.1 Overview

The ISOTMP35R is a linear analog output temperature sensor with an output voltage proportional to temperature. The temperature sensor has an accuracy of ±1.5°C from 0°C to 70°C and ±2.5°C over the full temperature range of –40°C to 150°C. The ISOTMP35R provides a positive slope output of 10mV/°C over the full –40°C to 150°C and a supply range from 3V to 34V. A class-A output driver provides a maximum output current of 100µA to drive capacitive loads up to 220nF.
