Integrated Isolation Barrier and Thermal Response

The ISOTMP35R is designed to integrate a robust isolation barrier while maximizing heat flow of a local heat source. This is made possible by an SSOP-12 package designed to provide a 5kVRMS isolating rating (UL 1577) along with an isolation mechanism that minimizes thermal response from the TSENSE pins to the temperature sensor.
