6.3.24.1 VM Supply Undervoltage Lockout

If at any time the input supply voltage on the VM pin falls lower than the VUVLO threshold (VM UVLO falling threshold), all the integrated FETs, driver charge-pump and digital logic are disabled as shown in Figure 6-62. MCF8315D goes into reset state whenever VM UVLO event occurs.
