4.2.1 Observation Clock Outputs

The processor provides provision to output a MAIN domain observation clock and/or MCU domain observation clock based on the processor family. OBSCLK0, OBSCLK1, MCU_OBSCLK0 are observation clock outputs for test and debug purposes only. Observation clocks can be used to select one of the several different clocks as output. The observation clock is not expected to be used as a clock source for any external device. As stated in the device-specific data sheet, OBSCLK0, OBSCLK1 and MCU_OBSCLK0 signals are provided for test and debug purposes only.
